Medtextpert is our partner of choice and provides expert consultation support in our medical device development process. We are currently working on establishing a multi-stage regulatory strategy for our product, a technological solution dedicated to improving care in a fully automated manner. We hired Medtextpert to help us create a focused brochure intended to promote our proprietary women’s laboratory tests based on scientific and market data. The process was a joint effort between Marketing & Sales and Synlab’s leading scientists. With a great deal of passion and assertiveness, Dr. Martin was able to convince the team to take the project a step further and to create a holistic approach to women’s health. She took on the challenge of compiling complex scientific data, from both previously available and new sources, into a comprehensible, easy-to-digest brochure. Reading through the service offerings clearly guides the reader to conclude, that Synlab, with its wide spectrum of laboratory test panels, is reliably supporting women throughout all stages of their lives. Medtexpert has helped us out with scientific writing of a peer-reviewed article in the field of hematology. Due to the complexity of the topic, internal staff shortening and aggressive timelines of the journal - not an easy task. Medtextpert delivered and proved to be a reliable partner. Ms. Martin was coaching me on my first project in tissue engineering which took place in collaboration with the AO Institute Davos. It comprised of establishing a reproducible method of 3D printing of TPU filament to print biocompatible scaffolds to be used as cell carrier material in cartilage regeneration. Her long-standing experience in cartilage and bone regeneration helped me to get a grip on existing challenges and solutions as a base for my design input and of course, further adaptations needed. When I met Ms. Martin for the first time, I instantly felt comfortable working with her. She was passionate and knowledgeable about the topic and always there to help and think through my work. I was able to learn so much, especially how to approach such a relatively scientific research topic and of course how to present it correctly. She was available for calls, video calls, and emails to answer the questions that daunted upon me throughout the process and I was able to perform at my best because of her patience and support. Dr Martin brought momentum to our marketing. After a very convincing training session on digital marketing, we decided that first and foremost we needed a new website - not only a visually appealing one, but also one with new, attractive and engaging content. Im Rahmen der Kampagne „Personalized HealthTech & 3D Printing“ haben wir mit Dr. Martin in einem Workshop die Anforderungen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten unserer Projektresultate iterativ optimiert.
